A day workshop working with a model in the morning (10am til 1pm) and working plein air in the afternoon (1.30pm til 4.30pm).

The figure work will include tuition on tone, shape and colour to suit each individual. It will take place in the church hall opposite the Old Rectory in St Mellion.

We'll break for lunch and then we'll paint in the garden or down by the river Tamar. There will also be scope for further tuition as required.

We'll wrap the day up with Afternoon Tea in the garden.

Please bring a pack lunch and your usual painting and drawing equipment.

About The Old Rectory

The setting for the workshops is The Old Rectory in St Mellion. Built in 1810, the georgian rectory has an acre of garden which provides ample opportunities to create and explore nature.

Our address is The Old Rectory, Church Lane, St Mellion, Cornwall PL12 6RG. There is parking in the drive. Otherwise, please park in the lane outside.
